The AIPPI Forum and Executive Committee meeting is being held in Hyderabad from 13th to 18th October, 2011. The event of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) is currently addressing various topics of interest in Intellectual Property. The schedule of events includes a Pharma day to address IP issues concerning pharmaceutical industry, working questions on patentability criterion of inventive step of non-obviousness, genuine use of trademarks among others. Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran, Managing Partner, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan is the moderator for the session on ‘Regulatory approval – Patent Linkage’.
