Turf 2011, the 3rd global sports summit – an international convention on business of sports is being organized by FICCI on 20th-21st October 2011. Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan will be one of the session partners of the summit.
As part of the summit, panel discussions will be held on public private partnership, triggering investments in sports, creating sports eco-system, dynamics of league system in sports, strengthening sports federations, states sports (support) system and on the role of corporates in sports.
After the Common Wealth Games last year and the cricket World Cup this year, India is emerging as a powerhouse in sports. Sports offer new avenues for corporate India both in expansion and consolidation.
