A seminar on recent changes in Service Tax and Cenvat Credit Rules was organised by Institute of Business Laws (IBL) on 8th July 2011 in Hyderabad. Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan (L&S), Tier-1 Law Firm in Tax was the knowledge partner. Mr. Raghavan Ramabadran, Senior Consultant with L&S explained the changes in great detail. There was a volley of queries on the new Point of Taxation Rules. The unrest in Andhra Pradesh did not deter participants from turning out in large numbers.
