Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) will be organising its 66th Council Meeting from 8th – 11th October, 2016 in Bali, Indonesia.
This meeting will have brief discussions on whether plain packaging legislation may be a breach of a country’s WTO obligations. The meeting will also consider upon different updates on the plain packaging initiatives being considered in various jurisdictions around the globe, and as to whether plain packaging facilitates counterfeiting activities, etc.
