Partner & Practice Head, New Delhi 
Alok Yadav is part of the Litigation team. He is responsible for drafting appeals, counteraffidavits, briefing senior counsels and appearances before the Supreme Court. He has represented a number of clients on behalf of the firm before Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Before joining L&S in 2001, he was a lawyer with another leading law firm.
Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Economics
- Law Degree from University of Delhi
- Member of the Supreme Court Bar Association
