Bipin Kumar Verma is a partner in tax practice of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan having more than 25 years of experience in the field of indirect taxation.
At present he advises clients including leading MNCs and Indian companies on all aspects of indirect tax laws i.e. Central Excise, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Service Tax and VAT/CST. He also undertakes Tax Compliance Review pertaining to indirect taxes.
Prior to joining Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Bipin Kumar Verma worked in the Department of Central Excise and Customs for 21 years. Having worked in the department in all the field areas, he brings wealth of practical experience in all disciplines of departmental working.
He has also rich experience in litigation having represented the department before the CESTAT for four years.
