Joint Partner & Practice Head, Hyderabad 
Karan Talwar heads the Corporate and Commercial Laws team in Hyderabad. He advises clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange laws, SEZ laws, securities laws, direct and indirect tax laws. He has been actively involved in the drafting of legal documentation, negotiations and conducting of due diligences. He has also represented a number of clients on behalf of the firm before the Supreme Court, High Courts, CESTAT, Civil Courts and SEBI.
Prior to joining L&S, he had worked with a leading law firm in New Delhi in the area of corporate and commercial laws.
