National University of Singapore along with Center for International Law is organising 4th Annual Singapore International Investment Arbitration Conference on 3 December 2013, in Singapore at the auditorium in the Supreme Court of Singapore.
The first session “Investment Treaty Arbitration in Asia” will provide an overview of the present landscape of investment treaty arbitration in Asia. The second session will be “Perspectives on Asian Participation in International Investment Arbitration” in which leading Asian practitioners will share their perspectives on the participation of Asian law firms in international dispute resolution, particularly investment treaty arbitration.
In the third session four legal luminaries will speak about the road ahead in investment treaty arbitration in Asia.
The conference will be addressed by members from the bench and bar besides law firms and universities.
