This seminar supported by Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, will be addressed by Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran, Managing Partner, L&S, Mr. Ganesh Chandru, Executive Partner, L&S and Ms. Radhika Sankaran, Partner, L&S.
The seminar will focus on:
· Basics of the Indian GST system, especially the dual GST model, and the impact of GST on contracts, transactions and business arrangements.
· Recent changes made to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 which came into effect from 23-10-2015, and further amendments recently proposed.
· Overview of the new Commercial Courts Act and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
