Puneeth is a dual-qualified disputes lawyer and focuses on arbitration and litigation.
Puneeth has represented and assisted parties and advised tribunals in various international and domestic arbitration matters involving joint ventures, construction disputes, supply agreements and Bilateral Investment Treaty claims against sovereign states. He has worked on arbitrations under the LCIA, ICC, AIAC and HKIAC Rules, involving Indian, Malaysian, English and Hong Kong Law. He is part of the Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, and Competition Law Practices of the firm, based out of New Delhi.
Puneeth began practice with the Mumbai offices of the firm, and subsequently worked with the international arbitration team of a leading firm in London, and with an eminent south Asian international arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He has also extensively worked as a Tribunal Secretary, advising and assisting Tribunals in commercial disputes.
Puneeth’s contentious work and disputes experience in Indian Law includes white collar criminal defence, tax litigation, constitutional writs and competition and insolvency litigation.
