Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan is organizing a seminar on "Royalty – New perspectives under Income Tax law and emerging issues under GST law" on 24th October, 2017 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran, Managing Partner, L&S will analyse domestic and cross border transactions in respect of royalty payments which continue to be interpreted and reinterpreted every now and then.
