In the Indian context, we have been innovative both in our solutions and methods. We were one of the first firms to specialize in particular areas when the legal market consisted of generalists. We implemented information technology at the firm to manage our cases when it was still relatively early for lawyers to use computers. We encouraged collaboration across offices, induction training, internal continuing learning programs to ensure clients received a high quality of service regardless of offices, attorneys or practices. And we continue to innovate and it reflects in many ways both in legal solutions and business methods.
