CII Andhra Pradesh in Partnership with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys is organising online Session on MSME, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance 2021 at 1500 – 1600 Hrs on 23 April 2021 through Cisco Platform.
As members are aware, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 has been promulgated on 4th April 2021 introducing pre-packaged insolvency resolution process for corporate persons classified as micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME).
The Code aims to provide an efficient alternative insolvency resolution process for MSME sector, ensuring quicker, cost effective and value maximizing outcome for all stakeholders, with least disruptive to the continuity of their businesses and which preserves jobs.
The objective of the session is to discuss on IBC process and its challenges, and its impact on MSMEs.
